I am writing to you because of the extraordinary service I received from you. I brought my car in on Tuesday, with a flashing hold light on my Mazda. You examined the problem and explained to me that it was a bad wire. You fixed it, and to my astonishment, there was no charge! Prior to bringing my car to you, I took it to two other places. One diagnosed my problem as a bad sensor and quoted me $1100.00. The other place, a dealer, ran my car through a series of tests and advised me that I should have the whole transmission replaced!
